Film celebrity, Erie Hudson, of Ghostbuster's fame, has filmed an endorsement for the URM. WebcastingTV's EMS (Email Marketing System) features strong "viral marketing" capabilities and delivers a high quality video stream. This combination of video and "worthy cause" has produced better results for the Rescue Mission.

The EMS sent nearly 500,000 emails and helped bring in the renewed attention to the purpose of the URM. It consisted of a series of email campaigns that matched the layout of the direct mail campaign. Recipients would get an envelope one day and a matching email the next. Those who opened the email were re-contacted. This technique increased the success rate of both campaigns.

WebcastingTV has several levels of the EMS. The Basic EMS system let's V-Button customers email a copy of their video to individual recipients. The Standard EMS system enables V-Button customers to build HTML email campaign, and send them in three different ways. The Profession EMS system enables V-Button customers to have multiple-users and multiple-campaigns. It can report on the effectiveness of each user and enable managers to supervise the progress of their group.
