The V-Button in Internet Yellow Pages (IYP)

WebcastingTV conducted several test markets and trial implementations of the V-Button prior to its first commercial launch. Once the technology was implemented in the first Internet Yellow Page publisher's directories, a formal research firm was contracted to acquire consumer response data.

The market research was conducted by Chamberlain Research. The research consisted of one on one interviews regarding opinions and reactions to the V-Button. Interviews were conducted in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Houston, and Madison. The statistical deviation on the results is plus or minus 1%.
