The EMS (Email Management System) is designed to be easy to use and extremely useful for tracking and analysing the results of web-based content. It monitors access to email "opens", link "clicks", and video clip "plays".
Clients have a "Real-Time" report page (see the example image, at the right) where they can access detailed information about the current activity of each individual who interacts with a message.
WIth this kind of information, clients can:
- Refine their messaging to identify the most "reactive" topics;
- Identify groups of people who are interested in different topics;
- Determine the best timing and frequency of messaging.
