WebcastingTV Investor Bulletin

April 15, 2003

Dear Investor,

Since our last newsletter, there have been some significant developments that I would like to take a few minutes to tell you about. As you are aware, we have been anticipating for several months the time when Verizon would begin their internal sales of V-Button programs.

I would like to announce that Verizon has begun its V-Button sales efforts by adding a V-Button advertising page to their Verizon.com website. Verizon now lists V-Buttons as one of their SuperPages advertising options.

Click here to view the Verizon V-Button advertising page.

We have been working with a team of Verizon National Sales Channel account managers to approach targeted national advertisers. You can see some of the demonstration material by clicking here. We have developed a series of sales support webpages demonstrating the effectiveness of V-Button video clips inside of SuperPages, websites, and search engines. Click here to visit some of this research material.

This marks the debut of V-Buttons as a published option among the SuperPages advertising options. We are seeking additional funding to be used in support the Verizon sales efforts as well as continued expansion of the V-Button network within Yahoo and other major IYP publishers. If you would like to see a brief video (8 minutes) of our WebcastingTV PowerPoint, click here, to launch the program.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or suggestions. Your continued support is appreciated by our management team, and we look forward to continued growth at WebcastingTV.

Regards,

BURT YALE
