Baltimore — National Car Rental is set to sponsor the fifth annual Black College All-Star Basketball Classic. Target Sports Marketing (TSM) will present the Classic in Baltimore on the campus of Morgan State University. The weekend is scheduled for Friday, April 7 — Sunday, April 9. The games will be played in the newly renovated Hill Field House on Morgan’s campus on Sunday, April 9th . The goal of TSM is to provide an opportunity for a select group of men and women basketball players (24 men and 24 women) from the Division I and Division II Historically Black College and Universities (HBCUs) to play before professional basketball scouts and a national television audience.
